Paddy Moogan

Paddy is a trusted advisor, coach and unofficial therapist for agency founders and their senior teams.

After 10 years running his own agency, he now runs Founder Focus, a consultancy that helps agencies navigate the weird and wonderful (but always challenging) world of agency life. His work currently spans all areas of an agency, with recent projects involving:

- Strategic planning and roadmap setting. - Review of the sales process and optimising each step to improve conversion. - Working as a mentor for valued, senior team members to aid their development. - Being a soundboard for the M&A process. - Generally being someone who is able to help with day-to-day fire fighting such as client churn and delivery.
