Privacy Policy

Last updated 24 August 2026. This policy explains how AgencyNXD collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

AgencyNXD is the data controller for personal data collected through this platform. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 12043050, VAT number 325073818) at 3rd Floor Eastgate, Castle Street, Castlefield, Manchester, United Kingdom, M3 4LZ. For privacy questions, contact hello@agencynxd.com.

2. What data we collect

Account data: name, email address, password hash, role (agency owner or advisor), and profile information you choose to provide.

Profile data: biography, experience, specialisms, hourly rate, photos, LinkedIn URL and social links.

Booking data: session times, participants, payment status, calendar event IDs and meeting links.

Calendar data: when you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, we access free/busy information and create events. We do not read the contents of your calendar events beyond what is needed to find availability.

Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details; Stripe provides us with transaction status, payment method fingerprints and payout records.

Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, device/browser type, IP address and referral information, collected via analytics and server logs.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to operate the platform: create and secure accounts, display advisor profiles, match agency owners with advisors, process bookings and payments, send service-related emails, maintain platform security, and improve the service.

We may also use contact details to send platform updates, marketing about AgencyNXD services, or relevant opportunities. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform and where necessary for a booking:

  • Stripe — payment processing and advisor payouts.
  • Google / Microsoft — calendar availability and meeting creation, only when an advisor connects their calendar.
  • HubSpot — customer relationship management for account and service communications.
  • Hosting and analytics providers — platform infrastructure, error reporting and usage analytics.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business sale or restructuring.

Google API Services — Limited Use

AgencyNXD’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically: we request only the calendar.readonly and calendar.events scopes. Calendar data is used solely to read an advisor’s free/busy availability so the booking page can hide times they are already busy, and to create a single event with a Google Meet link when a session is booked. We do not read the contents of calendar events. Google user data is never sold, never transferred to data brokers, advertisers or other third parties except as needed to provide this feature, and is never used to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models. Advisors can disconnect their calendar at any time from their dashboard, which revokes our access and deletes the stored connection.

6. Security and storage

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of access tokens, hashed passwords and access controls. Calendar access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked from your dashboard.

Data is hosted by our cloud providers, which may include processing in the UK, European Economic Area and the United States under appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: while your account is active, for the duration of any booking or legal claim, and for any period required by tax, accounting or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data by contacting hello@agencynxd.com.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how the platform is used, and deliver a secure experience. Analytics cookies help us improve the service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights including: access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, contact hello@agencynxd.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are concerned about how we handle your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the revised version on this page and notify you of material changes by email or on-site notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
